Namco Hometek Inc. today released new videos and screenshots from "Tales of Legendia(TM)," the latest epic story in the renowned Tales series. Developed exclusively for the PlayStation(R)2 computer entertainment system, "Tales of Legendia" combines the extraordinary depth of an RPG with the furiously fast real-time battles of an authentic fighting game.

Highlighting eight incredibly entertaining and emotionally developed characters, these new screens and videos feature Chloe, Moses, Will, Norma, Senel Coolidge, Shirley Fennes, Grune and Jay. Along with these new screens and videos, you will also find beautiful character renders and in-depth character profiles.

In development for several years, "Tales of Legendia" offers fantastic 3D graphics, dynamic battle scenes and an epic story of love and heroism. The game utilizes technology from Namco's legendary SOULCALIBUR(R) fighting game series, and allows players to battle huge monsters with a combat system that feels more like a fighting game using X-LiMBS - the new Crossover Linear Motion Battle System.
