GameZone Exclusive - Bandai Reveals More Characters of Zatch Bell

Mamodo Battles to launch for GC, PS2 on October 11

Every one thousand years, one hundred mamodo descend upon the earth to conduct the ultimate battle. The winning mamodo becomes the mighty king of the mamodo world. There is only one problem - in order for the mamodo to use their powerful spell books, they need a human partner!

Bandai’s Zatch Bell: Mamodo Battles features a variety of characters all engaged in he pursuit of the title. Primary among them are Zatch and Kiyo, who share a special friendship as well as battling for the right to claim the kingship of the mamodo world.

In an exclusive to GameZone.com, Bandai has released character images and brief biographies of each of the central characters in this video game.

Today we are revealing these characters::

Sherry: Brago’s human partner Sherry fights to end the battles once and for all, and to save her friend Koko from the evil hands of Zofis.

Kanchomé: Just like Zatch, Kanchomé was one of the inferior kids in the mamodo world. For that reason Zatch is his biggest rival. Kanchomé has the power to transform himself.

Folgore: A world-renowned Italian superstar. Kiyo does not trust him because of his questionable language and behavior. Folgore has a very close relationship with his mamodo Kanchomé.
