New .hack//G.U. Vol. 3: Redemption Assets Available

NAMCO BANDAI Games America today released new videos, screenshots and artwork for the final installment in its .hack//G.U. trilogy: .hack//G.U. Vol. 3: Redemption. Lifting the veil of mystery surrounding a powerful virtual entity that is wreaking havoc on mankind, Vol. 3 follows brave cyber-warrior Haseo and his band of friends as they battle to save humanity from its obsession with technology. What will they sacrifice to save the world? What would you sacrifice?

The newly released assets reveal more of the 22 unique characters that players can use to build up Haseo's party. In their quest to return peace to the world, Haseo and his friends will encounter numerous foes that would bring ruin to their plans for freedom, including the newly revealed cold-blooded steam-gunner, Taihaku, and the terrifying Hell Guardian. Haseo will also be able to utilize his powerful avatar, Skeith, in its final form, which can evolve into new forms over time, allowing for epic, large-scale space battles against massive mechanized enemies.
