Revolutionary New Online Mode Enhances College Football Experience for Gamers Nationwide
LOS ANGELES, May 13, 2003 – Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc. announced today that NCAA® GameBreaker® 2004 from the 989 Sports® development team will be available in stores August 2003 for PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system. Fronted by All-American running back Larry Johnson from Penn State University, NCAA GameBreaker 2004 for the PlayStation 2 sports the latest technology, with a new revolutionary Online Mode, allowing gamers to compete against each other nationwide. In addition, all new features such as Practice Mode will allow gamers to incorporate new plays and practice their skills.
For the first time ever, NCAA GameBreaker 2004will allow gamers to take their skills online and compete against other college football fans anytime, anywhere. NCAA GameBreaker 2004further illustrates the realism of college football this year by using the new Practice Mode that gives players the option to sharpen their skills before playing an exhibition or entering season mode. Bringing back the true-to-life college football experience that gamers crave, legendary announcers Keith Jackson and Tim Brandt return to the microphone.
