Dave Jaffe, one of the most respected developers in the videogame community renowned for creating the multi-million selling Twisted Metal® franchise, will meet with diehard game fans at EB Games’ Universal CityWalk location on Tuesday, March 22nd to help officially launch his eagerly awaited new action-adventure videogame title – God of War™, created exclusively for the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system. Heralded in early previews as one of the best looking games ever created for PlayStation®2 , God of War puts players into the role of Kratos, an ex-Spartan warrior, as a story unfolds in ancient times with various plot twists that take them through explosive aggressive gameplay, fused with traps, stunts, and story-driven puzzles. Featuring an hour of cinematic sequences and a deep combat system built around unique double chain blade weapons permanently fixed on Kratos, God of War takes players through various environments that will have them fighting fierce enemies, swinging on ropes, scaling mountain cliffs, swimming through rivers and sliding down zip lines, resulting in a one-of-a-kind action-packed Greek mythology adventure.
