LOS ANGELES, CA - (March 16, 2004) –Vivendi Universal Games announced that the video game The X-Files: Resist or Serve has arrived at retail stores nationwide. The X-Files phenomenon has been combined with the best elements of a next-generation survival horror game to create an engrossing gameplay experience. Developed by Black Ops Entertainment for the PlayStation 2 computer entertainment system, The X-Files: Resist or Serve is a third-person action adventure game spanning three unique episodes created by the executive producers of The X-Files.

The conspiracy culminates on DVD with “THE X-FILES” SEASON NINE DVD COLLECTION, landing on DVD May 11, 2004. The special seven-disc collector’s edition box set marks the end of a sci-fi dynasty, and features all 20 episodes from the ninth season, as well as a bonus disc that includes deleted scenes, commentaries, documentaries, special effects clips, a DVD-ROM game and more, available for $99.98.
