The Lost offers a macabre journey in console RPG gaming
The Lost, from Crave Entertainment and Irrational Games, is more than a mere descent into hell – it is the battle for control of the domain as well as a mother’s efforts to save the soul of her dead daughter. Ken Levine, co-founder of Irrational Games, took time to talk with GameZone about The Lost.

Crave Entertainment Announces Line-up for 2002
Licensed & Original Titles Scheduled for Xbox, PlayStation®2, GameCube, Game Boy Advance

Description

The Lost is a Survival Horror RPG from the masters who brought you 1999's game of the year, System Shock 2. For the first time on the Playstation 2, players will be able to explore a fully 3d, interactive vision of hell, switching freely between four unique characters, each with unique attributes. Players will have the ability to grow those characters' power as they see fit and equip them with over a hundred unique weapons and magic items. A dark modern day re-telling of Dante's Inferno, The Lost will challenge both the player's gaming skills...and their courage.
